  • Aline Mirror
Front View. It is often the simplest of shapes that bring the most sophistication to a space. Such is the case with the Aline Mirror. The slenderness of the wrought iron frame, in a contemporary gold leaf finish, allows the antiqued mirror to dominate in this classic design. A subtle feel of aging is a design note of this decorative gold mirror.

Choosing the right mirror for your room.

Size
• Smaller mirrors can get lost in a busy room or on a busy wall.  These are best used for accents or to redirect light to a focal point.

• If your objective is to make the mirror a focal point of the room, choosing a large mirror is important, but the frame is equally important.  A frame bold enough to stand out without being 'too much' for the room can make a mirror more noticeable.

• When making a room seem larger, choose a large mirror with a simple frame or no frame at all to move attention from the mirror to the reflection.

Shape
• The right mirror can bring a room to life.  While the surface of the mirror only reflects the beauty in front of it, the frame, setting, and placement of the mirror can make all the difference between the right mirror and anything else.

• Use an oval or circular frame to add whimsy or soften a room's features, while a mirror with right angles will serve to keep things appearing orderly.  Tall vertical mirrors can draw attention to high ceilings, but can serve to narrow an already tight space.

• If expressing your personality is the goal, consider a grouping of 4-6 mirrors.  These can be of a uniform set or completely mismatched, to better express you.
